Party/Events Coordinator (Hamptons)
Our Hamptons team seeks an experienced and hard-working Party/Events Coordinator to help create one-of-a-kind celebrations for East End families. As our Party/Events Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordinating, and executing of a wide range of events. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate, along with found and director, with clients to understand their event vision and requirements
• Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines along with our creative team
• Coordinate logistics including decor and third party vendors
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event planning and management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for event design
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible, part-time schedule, including availability for weekends
